In working with @sshakoor1 and @JulesKouatchou with their Python transition for
gcm_run.jI realized that all the ExtData1G (aka rc not yaml extdata) is useless.Heck, in GOCART v2.4.0 all
ExtData.rcfiles were removed. So, let's make things simpler and just remove references.I'm keeping draft until I can test.
